Baker's Pride 152 Pizza Oven is ideal for kitchens with narrow aisles designed with shallow depth to save space while accommodating the high-volume needs of traditional cook lines. This double-stacked oven features two Cordierite decks with 8 inch deck heights and independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers for perfectly balanced results. Throttling thermostat controls temperatures ranging from 300F to 650F.
Constructed with a heavy-duty angle iron frame that is fully welded to allow for stacking. The oven exterior is made of heavy-duty stainless steel and is fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures. Bake decks measure 36 inches wide by 24-1/2 inches deep. 16 inch painted legs, 96,000 BTU, CE, NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame.
